Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders. Due to the nature of our products as ingestible supplements, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all products we provide.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report an issue, email contact@noblenaturalsnyc.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or refund. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any opened or unopened items, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after use. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist, although changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or packages that are marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen.

If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
